4.4 You must notify phplus immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your phplus Account by contacting our support team via live chat at phplus.asia.
4.5 phplus conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. Players may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.
5.1 All transactions on the phplus Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees are displayed in the phplus Wallet section of your Account at the time of the transaction request.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account (the "same-source rule"), unless phplus's compliance team has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
5.4 phplus targets a GCash withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes; however, processing times may vary and are not guaranteed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days.
5.5 phplus reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
5.6 Deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable AMLA reporting thresholds. Transactions meeting or exceeding PAGCOR-mandated reporting levels will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
6.1 phplus may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, which supplement these Terms.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Standard wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 phplus reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated exploitation of promotions, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing offset bets with other players — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.5 Bonuses may only be used on games and within time limits specified in the applicable promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire upon the conclusion of the promotional period.
7.1 All games available on the phplus Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures subject to studio oversight. Game outcomes are determined independently of phplus.
7.2 phplus publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles and the theoretical house edge for all table games. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that renders a game outcome uncertain, phplus reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. Completed and settled game rounds will not be reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplus Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phplus Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No other licence is granted, express or implied.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any phplus Platform content without express prior written consent from phplus.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phplus's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phplus Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the preceding thirty (30) days.
10.2 phplus shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the phplus Platform.
10.3 phplus does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will exercise reasonable care to maintain Platform availability but provide no guarantee in this regard.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phplus's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 phplus is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. All phplus players are required to be 21 years of age or older.

13.1 phplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
13.2 Upon Account termination for breach, phplus may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If a breach resulting in financial gain to the Player is confirmed, phplus reserves the right to forfeit those funds.
13.3 Players may voluntarily close their phplus Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within seven (7) business days.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phplus Platform shall first be submitted to phplus's internal customer dispute resolution team via live chat at phplus.asia. phplus will acknowledge disputes within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within five (5) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phplus's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
14.4 For unresolved matters, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.1 phplus reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the phplus Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the phplus Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
